Ats Tsaqofah - The news about Israel army cruelty towards humanity volunteer happened may, 30, 2010, drove me to look the location of Gaza stripe, where our moslem brothers at Palestine were prisoned or blockade massively by Israel.

By using Google earth, I tried to trace that locations. But what a pity, there was only a few information about Gaza on it. Further, I felt shocked after I  tried to trace Al-Aqsa mosque on Palestine, and it was clearly out of that electronic map. Keyword to find that moslem holy place now turns into" Al-Aqsa mosque, Jerusalem, Israel ". it is terrify, Palestine has been deleted from world map, and replaced by the name of Israel, in other words, Al-Aqsha mosque was claimed to belong to Israel.

 As reported by Al-quds-akhbar al-adab, the Egypt weekly magazine, if  university of Cairo will delete Palestine name from world map and replace it with Israel. Israel tourism ministry uses a advertisement campaign, called “Experience Israel” (feel the Israel), in an effort to attract tourist attention to visit that country. But The ministry deleted whole Palestine area by abolished any directives to go on its area.

 

Can you imagine, we can not find Palestine as a country, in fact its name can not appear or find at map. An infamous step was done to remove sovereignty of a country and United Nation voice no words towards this matter. So, Palestine is no longer be acknowledged at this world,  and moslem even also can not make any further efforts towards this matter. How awfull it is.

If you want to look for al- Aqsa mosque location at Palestine, you must insert the key word " Al-Aqsa mosque, Jerusalem"  and its location is on Israel! since when Islamic holy place move to Israel? … but that's the reality now. if moslem are permitted to pilgrimage to Al-Aqsa mosque, mean should they visit Israel? its fully sadden! ! if there are any demonstrations declared about Palestine, its just only fantasy, because its location on world map actually can not be found anymore.

It means that many people at this world do not realize with sovereignty of country removal efforts. beside destroying Palestine citizen, in the same moment, Israel takes a chance to delete Palestine name from world map, up to final destruction of Palestine genuinely  come to real, either its citizen or the location.

 After witnessing those things which is done by Israel towards Palestine, people of the world should realize, if there is no other way to get peace efforts because Israel doesn't not care anymore with this world. Israel fell as a master of the world and will do anything they wish for. we are as moslem should make real action against this great humiliation.

It is so strange if Israel as zionist and  doesn't has sovereign state and colonize Palestine, finally they can easily occupy and remove their colony country's names from world map.

 

Tragically, for what reason United Nation is so busy in holding peace throughout the world?  and is it useless for what people had declared for Palestine justice? Is it impossible if United Nation doesn't know if Palestine name has been removed by Israel, is United Nation pretending for it?, or  may be UN can not do anything dealing with it.

Ats Tsaqofah - A very predictable routine has followed after a demonstrative massacre of Muslims committed by Jews in the neutral waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

Turkey has demanded the convocation of the UN Security Council, which, of course, urgently convened. A "compromise resolution condemning Israel" was adopted after 12 hours of discussions.

The same resolution calls for "an independent investigation into the events". And UN Secretary General Ban-Ki Moon has even allowed himself to announce that "he is in a state of shock over what happened".

The EU has also issued its resolution, which, as usual, "condemns the disproportionate use of force in intercepting the Freedom Flotilla".

The United States expressed "concern" and proposed to its friends in Tel Aviv "to conduct a thorough investigation into what happened". In other words, the killers are asked to make investigation into the murder committed by them themselves.

The very public massacre perpetrated by the Zionists on live, Western propaganda calls everything possible but not massacre, not murder, not a crime.

A piratical capture of the flotilla is called "an interception", and a massacre and the execution is called "a tragic incident" and "disproportionate use of force".

"Israel" is also in its usual vein. All is not as it shown on the screens of television channels around the world. Do not believe your eyes, just look at the Jewish video shot from a combat helicopter quietly hung over the ship.

What else? If I forgot something, everyone can add from them. The Islamic Community is weak today. Muslims continue to persistently complain and condemn, protest and cry out for justice and it will continue until then, until the Community will not return to its religion.

Muslims will be in humiliation until long as they apply to the courts of infidels and seek protection from the so-called "international community" instead turn to Sharia of Allah, which obliges every Muslim of 1.5-billion Ummah (community) to release, finally, the tails of their cows and raise the banner of Jihad.

And then, instead of Freedom Flotilla there will be War Flotilla sent to the shores of occupied by the enemy Palestine and the holy Al-Aqsa.

For now, the infidels built a concentration camp in the port of Ashdod for "filtering" participants of humanitarian campaign and simultaneously announced that they are ready to repeat "the operation on capture of the ships".

Ats Tsaqofah - IOF troops raided on Wednesday morning the town of Sair to the north east of the southern West Bank city of al-Khalil and arrested at least nine residents.

Eyewitnesses told PIC that tens of occupation army vehicles raided the town at 2:00 am and IOF soldiers started storming and ransacking homes in a barbaric manner terrorising women and children.

The eyewitnesses said that the invading troops arrested 9 people including a member of the municipality council.

Furthermore, IOF soldiers erected a roadblock at the Halhoul bridge to the north of al-Khalil where they stopped Palestinian cars and searched them thoroughly. Another roadblock was set up at the Beit Kahel bridge to the west of the city.

IOF troops on Tuesday evening arrested 4 Palestinians after raiding their work to the south of the city.

Local sources told PIC that IOF troops raided a stone cutting factory to the south of al-Khalil and detained four of its guards before arresting them and taking them away.

Ats Tsaqofah - Israeli occupation forces (IOF) violently dispersed a peaceful march in Walaja village, Bethlehem district, on Tuesday in which Palestinian citizens and foreign activists took part.

Local sources said that the IOF soldiers severely beat participants in the march and fired teargas bombs at them.

They noted that the soldiers detained a 14-year-old boy after beating him using batons.

The sources said that Ghadir Al-Atrash suffered breathing difficulty then fainted after the soldiers sprayed gas at her face.

Meanwhile, citizens in Silwan suburb in occupied Jerusalem engaged Israeli policemen in fistfights, local sources said, noting that a big number of policemen were deployed in the suburb.

The IOF soldiers quelled another demonstration in Beit Awa, Al-Khalil district, that was organized for the second day running in protest at the IOF murder of Qassam commander Ali Al-Suweiti in the village.

The IOF troops stormed the village of Dura, south of Al-Khalil, and occupied a Palestinian home after forcing its 20 inhabitant into one room.

A local source said that the soldiers were detaining anyone passing near the house, saying that the detained persons reached 30.

The source said that the IOF troops were tightening security in the village and its surroundings fearing resistance retaliation to the assassination of Suweiti.

Ats Tsaqofah - The bloodied corpses of Soviet soldiers slumped over an armored tank. Burqa-clad Afghan women on a roof, cheering on fighters as helicopters burn in the sky above their heads.

These are scenes from a panoramic pastiche of Afghanistan's war against the former Soviet Union's invading army, brought to life by plaster of Paris figures for the centerpiece of the country's first museum dedicated to the Mujahideen.

"This is for the future generations so they can understand and see what their fathers did to defeat the invaders," said Sayed Abdel Wahab Qattali, the founder of the People's Museum, or Manzar-e Jahad, in Afghanistan's western Herat city.

A long, well-lit corridor holds portraits of about 50 dead commanders. The final scene is a 360 degree diorama re-enacting the Mujahideen's triumph over the Russians in the city of Herat, with fighters marching down one of its central boulevards.

The history ends with the Soviet pullout and does not go on to illustrate the brutal civil war that followed, in which competing Afghan factions fought each other, killing thousands of civilians in the process.

Qattali was himself a Mujahideen fighter in Herat and at age 19 joined the legion of mutinous ethnic Tajik Afghan-army- commander-turned-militia-leader Ismail Khan, who recaptured Herat after the Soviet Union's defeat, becoming its governor.

The museum is partly funded by Khan, but Qattali, who lost eight members of his family in the war, has paid for most of it using earnings from his own construction and security companies.

In one large room, Qattali has diligently displayed a huge collection of photographs of other fighters and commanders.

The familiar faces of Khan and anti-Taliban Tajik commander Ahmad Shah Masood -- who was assassinated by al-Qaeda agents two days before the Sept. 11 2001 attacks and is revered by many Afghans -- are easily identifiable.

"I have many memories. For 10 years I was with the jihad to make sure we could keep our country. I want to make sure that Afghanistan does not go in that direction again," Qattali said, standing before a picture of himself as a fighter in his early twenties with a bullet belt and an AK-47 rifle -- a contrast to the two-piece suit and crisp white shirt he now wears.

"I'm sad and concerned that all the forces that are here now can't seem to have the same power that the Mujahideen did. It's not so much that the Taliban have more power now but that the government is so weak," he said.

Prized memorabilia

QattaliRows of Russian rifles, clusters of grenades and an impressive collection of plastic land mines fill glass cases in the museum's foyer. "The Afghan security forces today don't even have this level of equipment," Qattali joked.

The gardens of the museum display some of his most prized memorabilia: Russian helicopters, fighter jets and rocket launchers, all captured by the Mujahideen and on show, framed by well-kept rose bushes.

The museum's groundskeeper, Saeed Hassan Moussavi, was also a fighter in Khan's militia. He is still haunted by the destruction he witnessed and the fighting he took part in.

"They are very bitter memories. It was a very difficult time. I became a refugee and fled to Iran," said Moussavi, wearing a traditional Afghan turban.

Human rights groups have accused militia leaders such as Khan of human rights abuses, especially during the civil war that followed the anti-Soviet uprising. Qattali defends Khan's record.

"In Herat there were no such problems. Ismail Khan always had respect. The Mujahideen had its own system, its own schools and it taught respect," Qattali said.

Although the museum will not be open to the public until next year, visitors, particularly officials and foreigners, are welcome to take a tour of its gardens and unfinished exhibits.

The museum's guestbook contains messages of thanks and gushing admiration from U.S. congressmen, as well as the deputy commander of NATO forces in Afghanistan, British Lieutenant General Sir Nick Parker.

"The forces that here now are here to help," Qattali said. "But the ones that came from Russia, they came to hurt us and damaged the country."

"As far as I know mistresses are not forbidden in France, not by Islam either. Maybe by Christianity but not in France," said Algerian-born Lies Hèbbadj, who has been threatened with the revocation of his French nationality, obtained in 1999, if the reports of polygamy are confirmed.

In the latest twist to an increasingly surreal saga that has once again intensified focus on France's relationship with its 5 million Muslims, the 35-year-old added: "If you can have your citizenship taken away for having mistresses, there are lots of Frenchmen who will have their citizenship taken away."

Hebbadj, who owns a halal butcher's in a suburb of the western city of Nantes, has been the subject of intense media scrutiny since Friday when it emerged that the French interior minister, Brice Hortefeux, had asked the immigration minister, Eric Besson, to look into allegations of polygamy and child benefit fraud.

Explaining the intelligence services' suspicions that Hebbadj was a member of a radical Muslim sect who was living with four fully veiled women, Hortefeux asked Besson to "study the conditions in which ... the individual could be deprived of his French citizenship". Each of the four women was believed to be claiming child benefit as a single mother, Hortefeux said.

Mainstream Muslim groups and leftwing politicians criticised the citizenship threat and accused the government of exploiting an individual case - of which the security services are understood to have been aware for years - in order to rally public opinion around Nicolas Sarkozy's proposed legislation ordered last Wednesday to ban the full Islamic veil.

On Friday, after the French media reported that a Muslim woman had been stopped and fined by police at the beginning of the month for wearing her niqab while driving, the alleged nature of that woman's private life was laid bare by Hortefeux. The 31-year-old is one of the four women with whom Hèbbadj is said to live. The government's tough approach has been generally welcomed by members of Sarkozy's rightwing UMP. The party's parliamentary head, Jean-Francois Copé said Hortefeux - a close friend of the president - had been "absolutely right" to tackle the matter head on.

But others denounced what they saw as a political and potentially divisive move by an embattled leader looking to shore up his crucial but alienated rightwing support base. "I think the tactic is clear. It's about getting back a hold in a part of the electorate which has in part retreated into abstention or voting for the far right," said François Hollande, former head of the Socialist party, on French radio. "You can't just act in the heat of the moment, take a random incident and use it."

France's mainstream Muslim community has in recent months complained that the government has used the practices of a small minority to attack the entire community in its efforts to ban the niqab.

On a visit to Nantes, the Swiss academic Tariq Ramadan accused the French government of cynical manipulation of public opinion, and Hortefeux of "betraying the values of France", while clarifying in Le Parisien newspaper that anyone found to be committing polygamy "must pay for this crime. Ats Tsaqofah - Last week Britain's three political parties clashed over the nation's role in the world. The Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), which represents the views of one of the most influential bodies in Britain, found 88% of its members comprising of diplomats, defence and academic analysts, that the UK needs "a radical reassessment of the position it wants, and is able, to play in the world."

Britain's foreign policy and role in the world usually centres on nuclear weapons, terrorism and the special relationship with the US. However in reality Britain's global interests revolve around another set of ideals, colonialism, expediency and hyperbole which successive governments have constantly pursued. 

World War Two consumed Britain to such an extent that it brought an end to the British Empire and its international standing. In the post war era, British global aims were restricted by its economic realities. For this reason Britain worked and continues to have a role in the world by partaking in global issues, however it is unable to completely shift the global balance of power. Newsweek said in 2008 "The photographs of Roosevelt, Stalin and Churchill at the Yalta Conference in February 1945 are somewhat misleading. There was no 'big three' at Yalta. There was a 'big two' plus one brilliant political entrepreneur who was able to keep himself and his country in the game, so that Britain maintained many elements of great powerdom well into the late 20th century."

British foreign policy today is built upon having a role in Europe and influencing the US. British policy makers have accepted the nation's weakness after WW2 and developed a policy of preservation rather then direct competition with the US. Britain has managed to achieve its interests through a policy of preserving its global ambitions by working with the US and the EU, whilst at the same time working to divert, alter, complicate and limit the aims of both.

Britain frustrated US plans by rescuing Gaddafi's government from the clutches of American neoconservatives who after September 11 wanted regime change in Libya. Britain also managed to delay the Iraq war by forcing the US to go through the United Nations weakening the US considerably who then went against international law. At the same time Britain worked with the US on the two-state solution in Palestine, on Iran's nuclear enrichment programme and the North Korea issue, but worked against US aims in partnership with Europe in Sudan and Lebanon.

Whether David Cameron or Gordon Brown takes office on May 7^th Britain is faced with many facts that it will have to contend with, leaving little ability to manoeuvre. In Iraq the March 2010 elections has not institutionalised the allied constructed political set-up. The various deals the allied forces cut to establish its political solution to Iraq has only remained intact due to allied forces (overwhelmingly American) being present in Iraq. The post election situation is fast descending into chaos as the various factions have found post election Iraq unpalatable. Iraq most certainly is not stabilised.

In Afghanistan the UK has played an ominous role. After eight years of war the western allies are no closer to defeating the Taliban. Whilst all those with interests in Afghanistan met in London to hammer out a deal to entice the Taliban with offers of government positions, Britain appears to have complicated America's presence in South Afghanistan where most of the fighting still continues. The Helmand province where British troops are stationed is still not secure after all these years. It is well known Britain has cut deals with the Taliban in the South and research by the independent Afghanistan Analysts Network, a Kabul-based thinktank,  in a report, titled Golden Surrender, was highly critical of the British-backed Peace and Reconciliation Scheme (PTS), established in 2005, which it says has been left to flounder under bad leadership with neither the political nor the financial capital it required.

Whilst the Greek debt crisis once again exposed how fragmented the European Union is, both Labour and the Conservatives view complete isolationism from the EU as unrealistic. Europe is too close and too large to be simply ignored. However the two political parties have divergent views on the EU. The Labour party believe that through engagement London can influence the EU's development and the ultimate direction of its policies. It is not opposed to a European political union, as long as London does not turn into Luxemburg and melt into the EU; it wants a prominent seat at the table of such a union. The Tories on the other hand are for engaging Europe in order to control it. The EU's emphasis on the free movement of goods, capital and people removes government-imposed trade barriers on the free market, which gives Britain's economy an advantage in many fields - it gives Britain's dominant financial sector access to foreign markets. However the Conservatives do not want Britain's big government to be replaced by Brussels. This can only be achieved by ensuring a powerful Europe doesn't become functional.

Whilst Britain's nuclear deterrent continues to be the lens through which the nation's foreign policy is viewed. Britain's nuclear weapons whether the missiles, warheads, switches and factories have all been sold to the US. Whoever comes to power on May 7^th will face the prospect of a resurgent Russia and both Iraq and Afghanistan becoming ever more complex. Britain will also face the prospect of both Germany and France further entrenching themselves into Europe after the Lisbon treaty, shaping the EU in their interests. Britain will continue to work with the US in Palestine, Iraq and Afghanistan and continue to alter and complicate US plans in order to keep strengthening itself. This dual sometimes contradictory approach is how Britain keeps itself relevant in international politics. This is what Britain has resigned its role to in international politics; it no longer has the propensity to achieve anything more substantial.

She endured her life on suffer and temptation. Finally, Sumayyah end her sorrowful life with the greatness of success as syahidah. She is on the list of syuhada who will accept the incredible heaven from Allah, and life happily on His side.

Sumayyah was the wife of Yasir and mother of  Ammar. They were all died on syahid. Sumayyah was one of shahaba who become moslem at the first period of Islam on that time. Moreover, she is the first Islamic woman who fight for Islam against the unbelievers. Ibnul Atsir stated, "She is the seventh person who become moslem at the first period of Islam. She lived in suffer and sacrificed for Allah."

Ibnu Mas'ud stated "The first seventh people who defense Islam were, the Prophet muhammad, Abu Bakar, Bilal, Khabbab, Shuhaib, Ammar, dan Sumayyah."

Syaikh Ahmad Khalil Jam'ah on his book entitled Nisaa 'min' Ashri An-Nubuwwah, confirmed if Sumayyah was the only woman who always be patient with any temptations on her. There was no similar woman like her, she make her patient and endurance as the evidence of sincerity to Allah destiny.” He wrote. Those fact is based on her condition at that time. She was old but always struggle against the cruelty of unbelievers. Those because she had faith to Allah, and as a result she was succeed in passing all of the sadness and difficulties.

Sumayyah was not alone in facing the great pain of life. She went together with her family tried to breaking those  difficulties. The injury had destroyed their body, but the great faith inside their hearts were steady like cliff mountain. Nothing could conquer to it.

It was narrated that Abu Hudzaifah bin Al-Mughirah gave Sumayyah to her mean cousin named Abu Jahal. Sumayyah was so old and weak at that time, but Sumayyah could fight against him. Abu Jahal wanted her to come to his group, as the unbelievers.

Sumayyah was kept quite while intimidating by him. Abu Jahal insulted her and said “you are not believe on what Muhammad say to you, but you just amaze with his handsomeness”. Sumayyah said nothing. She endure for the pain with so much proud, because she realized that she was more glorious than Abu Jahal and all of his followers. She felt so proud with her faith.

Ibnu Katsir described the pain faced by Sumayyah and and his family. He quote what Ibnu Ishaq had said, "Dzuhur pray was come, Yasir, and Sumayyah were going with Bani Makhzum. But, they tortured them on Makka. When the Prophet come across and see them he uttered, "O family of Yasir, please be patient, for your final destination and resting place will be Paradise."

Al-Baihaqi, narrated from Jabir bin Abdullah "The Prophet came closer to Ammar and his family while they were tortured. Then Prophet uttered “be happy, O family Yasir and Ammar, I promise to all of you a paradise." (Al-Hakim)

When the unbelievers were desperated on her patient and sincerety, they finally stabbed a spear on her body and it brought Sumayyah into her death as the first Syahidah.

The intimidation and torture in most also caused her son and husband died on Allah way. They were killed but their faith is always on their heart.

May Allah bless Sumayyah and her family. May Allah forgive them as the Prophet had uttered "O Allah please forgive the family of Yasir and absolutely you have done it"

Ats Tsaqofah  - Hundred of angry protesters treads and burned Tony Blair picture yesterday, April 24,  when that English prime minister delivered a speech in a business meeting at Malaysia.

The anti- war activists lifted and yelled slogans of his involvement in Iraq invasion. They threatened to throw shoe to him- a big humiliation action assumed the Arabian and moslem as happened to US president, George W. Bush.

All protesters, include Iraq citizens living on Malaysia, described Blair as criminal of war. They also said that he must be brought to international court for his involvement support in American invasion to Iraq which causes the death for civil Iraq citizens.

"We averse Tony Blair visit at Malaysia because his arms are full of Iraq people blood . he must Die" said Amani Majid, 44, college student at local university.

Policeman did not breakup the protester when they unfold several banners said: "Blair the murderer, "  and " Get lost from Malaysia. " Osama Abdul Karim, 30, an Iraq college student said: " he is a criminal of war, Blair should not come to this area, and speak about success in business" he ruins infrastructure of Iraq. . he must be throwed with a pair of shoes. what kind of democration he brought to Iraq? I was the evacuee of  Iraq and with my family I came to this country in 2006. Iraq is no longer be a safe country for us " he added.

Unfortunately, Blair was remained to have a speech for more than 40 minutes on the event attended by more than 3.000 people. that program was conducted by a company  at singapore.

If we doesnt recognize on something, we will not know about the real of it. So, as an intelligent muslimah, we have to understand the deep inside of it. We have already borned as moslem, so it is an obligation for us to be better than muallaf. Muallaf are usually good in explaining the reason why the entering Islam, and be a moslem. The fact has shown that many woman is decide choose Islam as their ways of live.

Understanding Islam is should be done early. Unfortunately, the destruction of conviction (akidah) is also done at first by such small institution named family. As a result,  it is not strange for moslem to feel strange and odd about Islam. The incessant of gender equivalence has made woman is feel afraid and hesitant towards Islam. Because of that, there is a conclusion that Islam gives no freedom for woman. How horrible it is.

When muslimah want to open their hearts, and see the facts or make a reflection about that, it will be so much easy to refuse such kind of opinion . All rules in Islam are congruent to human need. there is no rules of Islam even a little bit one that can bring us to the bad aspect of live. If there are any differences at one or several law, it still for human's  good. We have to remember, that the one who make this rule is Allah, the great creator of the world. it is important for Allah to botch and humiliate us.

Intelligent woman certainly will not just keep silent in facing that fact. if Islam is pionted on something unfair, our common sense will come up with a question, is that true?. She will try to look for answers to question as well as she can. Not even just make any accusation based on narrow fact, such as for example a  wife that is being tortured. Occasionally, his husband is moslem, but at the conclusion Islam is accused unfair towards the wife and treat the husband in special. This kind of opinion is definitely wrong.

Don't make fact as the basic thing to look for truth. Find the accurate one up to to the source, Al quran and Hadits. Examine carefully the both interpretations that are true and believable, because in this time there are lots of liberal group that interprets the verse in careless.be careful with that.

The truth can not come up to someone without its efforts. woman has to study any subjects as much as man do. Islam does not distinguish between man or woman in the obligation of  learning Islam. The result is determined by our self. do we as woman feel hopeless and doing nothing to be more intelligence or attempt to get it as well as we can? the answer is all yours.

Wrong opinion about woman in Islam can be aversed by the its follower especially woman or muslimah. When do you are previously belong the group that consider Islam is unfair, with your wide knowledge, you will know that all those thing are definitely wrong. And when you previously do not belong this group, you can continue your idea to your friends and your environment. Is  the prophet ever uttered on us that we should tell anyone even just about a verse?

Start from this day, voice and refuse the opinion that Islam's rule is unfair for the woman. We can realize all those things trough proselytizing. We have to do it in words and deeds. keep up your spirit!

Ats Tsaqofah - Something amazing happened in a family gathering. Seven years old kid walked closer to his father and asked a question. "Father, why don't you go to jihad?". The conversation between them were wrote on the fourth edition of Shautul-Jihad (voice of Jihad).

The father felt so surprise after listening to her beloved kid’s question. then, he tried to give his daughter a good question as well "If I go to Jihad and killed, then you will not have a father?"

Beyond imagination, that little girl answered, "If you are killed, then you will get syahid, dad. You will entering the heaven. absolutely, we will accompany you there"

The question and answered delivered by that little girl reflected a perfect faith, natural character, and obedience to Allah.

That little girl can be perfect example for the parents in teaching their kids, because All of us who want to give big lesson of faith and jihad for sure. So, we can start by strengthen a good faith that is perfectly free from the deviation of unbelievers and hypocrite people.

We should also teach our kids about Islam at the same way as what the prophet had gave for us. Beside, we have to explain to them, that they should bring Islamic victory back as moslem had got in past. We also have to prepare their mental and physic such as: Teach them using the gun, support them to be brave and full spirit of fi sabilillah,  and have wishes to die in syahid, because syahid is the best way to be close to Allah.

We hope that our kids will  understand the whole values of magnificence and do the right way of Jihad. So they will transformed into glorious Mujahid who feel proud of Islam, protect and defend Islam, and also destroy the institution of unbelievers. As a result, islamic power will always be number one.

We wish Allah improve our quality of faith. We pray to Allah to make all of us, including our childrents as mujahid fi sabilillah. Hopefully Allah always bless us, and bring us together in heaven one day.

COMMUNICATING WITH ALLĀH

It is a great honour to feel that Allāh Almighty should be addressing me, a humble and insignificant human being, with the blessing and inspiring words of the Qur'ān. They lifted my spirits, and I was raised to a unique vantage point from where I could observe the tumult of human life. I was able to gain a new perspective into man's endless quest for the trivial and the mundane and the clamour of ephemeral and childish pursuits. I was astounded by the message which has the power to uplift and entirely transform human perception, experience and history on this earth.

I had the opportunity to study the Qur'ān at length and ponder over its clear and full conception of creation and existence and their purpose. I could compare the impact of those ideas with that of others put forward by people throughout history. And I wondered how has life been allowed to degenerate into such darkness and despair, while this rich treasure of guidance and enlightenment is readily available?

I lived in the shade of the Qur'ān, filled with appreciation of that perfect harmony and balance inherent in Allāh's creation, between a human being's actions and a the movement of the universe around him. I was ale to see clearly, the dire consequences of the conflict between the two. I could see the folly, indeed the catastrophe, to which humanity is being driven by wicked and ungodly miscreants. Pity the human race, indeed!

In the shade of the Qur'ān, I saw this world of ours expanding for outside what we can see or define. Beyond the visible world lies an unseen dimension which encompasses this and the life hereafter. A human being's origins extend back into the dim and distant past, and death is not that end of our perennial journey but a passing phase of a long journey that stretches as infinity. What we earn in the temporal world is but a small portion of what is our due; the rewards or punishments we miss or escape here we shall duly meet in the life to come, and justice shall be done
.
Nevertheless, our brief life on this earth is real. The world we live in is essentially friendly and hospitable, and its spirit interacts fully with ours. It, like us, turns to One Creator in total submission and reverence. 'All that is in the heavens and the earth, and their own shadows, prostrate themselves before Allāh, willingly and unwillingly morning and evening (13:15).' 'The seven heavens, the earth, and all that is in them, glorify Him; there is nothing but celebrate His praises (17:44).' Such powerful, outward-looking, all-embracing and optimistic vision inspires utter confidence within the human heart and fills the soul with total inner peace and security
.
I lived in the shade of the Qur'ān to see the human being given the respect and reverence never accorded to him by any other philosophy or ideology before or since. The human being's raison d'ētre emanates from the Divine spirit Allāh breathed into him. The Qur'ān tells us that during the creation of the human being, Allāh said to the angels, 'When I have fashioned him (a human being) and breathed into him of My Spirit. Prostrate yourselves before him (15:29; 58:72)
.'
By virtue of this divine breathe, the human being was destined and commissioned to be Allāh's representative on earth, where he was given access to, and authority and control, over everything. As a consequence of the highest esteem in which the human being is held, Allāh has ordained the ties of belief and faith are only worthy and legitimate ties that can bring people together. They override all other incidental ties of nationality, race or ancestry.

The Qur'ān has also taught me that the believer of the One Illāh is the descendant of a long and noble line of faithful ancestors that include great figures such as Nūh, Ībrahīm, Ismaīl, Ishāq, Ya'qūb, Yusuf, Mūsa, Isā, and Muhammad, may peace and Allāh's blessings be upon them all. The Qur'ān tells Allāh's Messengers, 'This community of yours is one single community and I am your Lord, therefore fear Me alone. (23:52; see also 21;92).'

The Qur'ān makes it clear that in this long procession which began at the very moment people appeared on the earth, all believers have had to face similar challenges and ordeals; oppression, persecution and threats of annihilation and dispersion. Nevertheless, the procession continues along its well-defined path with steady step and clam heart, ever confident that Allāh's will shall prevail and His promise be fulfilled. 'The unbelievers said to their messengers, 'Return to our religion, or we will banish you from our land.' But their Lord revealed His will to them (the messengers), saying, 'We shall destroy the transgressors and let you settle in the land after they had gone. This is for those who stand in awe of My presence and dread My warning (14:14(.'

Throughout human history believers have upheld similar convictions and ideals, faced similar enemies and threats, undergone similar experiences and enjoyed similar triumphs and rewards.

ORDER IN ALLĀH'S CREATION

In the shade of the Qur'ān, I learned that in this existence there is no room for blind coincidence or haphazard events; 'We have created everything according to a measure (54:49).' 'He has created all things and assigned everything its appropriate measure (25:2)' everything is there for a purpose, but the true and deep wisdom underlying our existence may not always be apparent to the limited human mind. The Qur'ān says, 'It may well be that your hate something in which Allāh may yet make a source of abundant good (4:19).' 'It may well be that your hate something although it is good for you, or love something although it is bad for you. Allāh knows, whereas you do not (2:216)
.'
Causes, as known to human being, may or may not lead to their usual 'logical' effects. Assumptions perceived as essentially inevitable may or may not lead to their conventionally expected consequences. This is so because causes and assumptions do not, in or by themselves, determine action and events., since casues and effects are both determined by Allāh's absolute will. The Qur'ān says, 'You will never know, it may be that Allāh will after that bring something new to pass (65:1).' 'Yet your can not will except by the will of Allāh (76:30).'

In performing any deed, the believer must prepare and carry out his actions and leave Allāh to determine the results and consequences of those actions. To trust in Allāh's mercy, justice, wisdom and knowledge is the only safeguard against uncertainty and fear of the future. The Qur'ān says, 'Satan promises you proverty and bids your to commit indecency whereas Allāh Promises you His forgiveness and Bounty. Allāh is Munificent, All knowing (2:268('

In the shade of the Qur'ān I have, therefore, felt totally contented and reassured. I could see Allāh's hand in every event and everything. I lived in Allāh's care and cutody and His attribute, as given in the Qur'ān, came alive before my eyes.

'Who else would answer the constrained when he cried out to Him and alleviates affliction? (27:62)'

'He is omnipotent over His servants. He Alone is Wise and all-Knowing (6:18)'

'Allāh prevails in His purpose, though most people do not know (8:24)'

'Know well that Allāh stands between a person and his heart and that unto Him your shall be all gathered (8:24).'

'Allāh is the doer of what He wills (85:16(

'Whoever fears Allāh, He will find a way out for him, and He will provide for him in a way he had never reckoned on. He who puts his trust in Allāh, Allāh will suffice for him. Allāh is sure to bring about whatever He decrees (65:2)'

'There is no living creature which He doe not hold by its forelock (11:56).'

'Is Allāh not enough for His servant (Muhammad)? Yet they (the unbelievers) would frighten you with those (they worship) instead of Him! (39:36).'

'He who Allāh wishes to disgrace will have none else to honour him (22:18)'

''Whoever Allāh lets go astray, shall have none else to guide him (13:33).'

The destiny of the universe is not left to the mercy of some blind laws. Behind the physical laws there is an active will, the absolute power of Allāh, He creates and decides
.
I also learned that Allāh's hand acts in all things in a manner that is unique to Him. We humans have no power to either, force Allāh, rush His Actions or anticipate His will.

The Divine scheme, as outlined in the Qur'ān, is designed to operate equally well under all circumstances and at all stages of human development, on the macrocosmic as well as the microcosmic scale. It makes full allowance for a human being's own abilities and potential for improvement and gives careful consideration to his strengths and weaknesses. It neither devalues a person's role on earth, nor denigrates his statues as an individual or as a member of society.

In its view of the human being, Allāh's scheme is neither idealistic, raising the human being far above his deserved position, nor doe it describe a human being as worthless or dispensable
.
A human being is a unique creature who can, through his natural talents and innate abilities adapt himself to the Divine order of life and so rise to the highest levels of progress and achievement. The Divine order is a universal plan for the long term. It is neither oppressive nor arbitrary. Its perspectives and prospectors are broad and not restricted to the life or interests of one individual: it looks far into the future. Human ideologies, on the other hand, are usually limited to the lifespan of their proponents, who are bent on achieving all their ambitions and settling all their scores within a single generation. This inevitably comes into conflict with human nature, resulting in oppression, conflict, bloodshed, and the desertion of human values and civilisation.

Islām adopts a very gentle approach towards human nature, encouraging, prodding, pampering, cajoling, reprimanding and where necessary, disciplining and restraining. It prefers the patient, caring attitude, confident of the eventual outcome. It is a continuous process of growth and development that can only get better as time goes on. Islām, like the oak tree, starts slowly and grows gradually, steadily overcoming all difficulties, vicissitudes, and adversities, there is no need for compromises, half-hearted solutions, or arbitrary or foolish measures. In Allāh's scheme, things must be allowed to take their natural course. 'No charge will you ever find in Allāh's way (35:43).'

Another feature of the universal Divine order is that it is inherently built on a universal Truth (al-Haqq). This, again, has not come about by pure chance or as a result of coincidence. Allāh Himself is al-Haqq, and from Him, as the Qur'ān affirms, emanates all existence: 'It is because Allāh is the Truth and all that they (the unbelievers) evoke besides Him is false. He is most High, Supreme (22:62).'

Truth is the mainstay of all existence and should the world deviate from the Truth, it would decay and fall apart, 'Had Allāh (al-Haqq) followed their (the unbelievers) caprice, the heavens, the earth, and all that lives in them would have surly been corrupted (23:71).'

Hence, regardless of how things may seem, Truth will eventually become manifest, the Qur'ān asserts, 'We hurl the Truth against falsehood and it crushes it, and falsehood withers away (21:18).'

Likewise, goodness and righteousness are inherent and permanent in the cosmic superstructure. The Qur'ān alludes to this fact in saying:

'He sends down water from the sky and riverbeds flow, each according to its measure, and the torrents bears a swelling foam. Likewise from what people melt in the fires to make ornaments and utensils rise similar foam. Thus doe Allāh illustrate Truth and falsehood. The scum is cast away while that which is of benefit to mankind remains behind on earth. Thus Allāh doe set forth His parables (13:17).'

It also says:

'Do you see how Allāh compares a good word to a good tree? It roots are firm and its branches reach to the sky; it yields its fruits at all times by its Lord's leave. Thus does Allāh set parables for people so that they may reflect. And an evil word is like a bad tree, up rooted from the face of the earth. It can not have a stable position. Allāh will strengthen the believers through the true unshakeable word in both this life and the hereafter. Allāh lets the wrongdoers go astray. Allāh does whatever He wills (14:24-27).'

This clear and forceful belief brings infinite reassurance and fills the human heart and soul with peace and tranquillity. It reinforces a human being's trust in truth, goodness and righteousness, and given the human conscience the dignity and the confidence to transcend the limits of its environment.

My study of the Qur'ān has led me to the firm conviction that humanity will see no tranquillity or accord, no peace, progress or material and spiritual advances without total recourse to Allāh. This, from the Qur'ānic point of view, can mean only one thing: the organisation of all aspects of human life in the Qur'ān. The alternative would be corruption, regression and misery, the Qur'ān puts it thus, 'If they do not respond to you (Muhammad) on a Path which you should follow and do not yield to the desires of the ignorant ones. They can avail you nothing against Allāh. Transgressors are patrons one to another while the believers have Allāh for a patron (45:18-19).'

It is, then, an extremely serious matter that concerns the very foundations of faith in Allāh and the happiness and well-being of mankind.

The secrets of a human being's talents and potential can only be unlocked by Allāh, his Creator, and He alone can prescribe the cure for a human being's ills. The key to a person's happiness is in Allāh's Hands. Allāh says: 'And we reveal of the Qur'ān that which is a panacea and a mercy for the believers (17:82).' 'This Qur'ān leads to what is most upright (17:9).'

However, a human being tends not to follow the logical and sensible course of actions, which is to refer matters concerning his guidance and direction to Allāh, who knows the secrets and limitations of a person's being
.
This fundamental error of judgement on a human being's part is the cause of all the misery and confusion humanity has seen. This isolation of Islām from the active leadership or mankind has been a watershed in human history, and by far the worst setback humanity had suffered.

Islām assumed the leadership of humanity at a time of grave decline, when corruption and decadence were fire and injustice rampant. The revelation of the Qur'ān and the advent of Islām, which was based on it, marked a rebirth of a human being far more significant than even his first one.

Islām gained that leadership by virtue of the original concepts and laws outline in the Qur'ān, which introduced a fresh understanding of life and its values, and of the whole world order. These concepts brought about new and exciting realities hitherto unknown in human society, characterised by purity and beauty, and a healthy and positive attitude towards life and the world.

Then came the tragedy that removes Islām from its position of leadership, which then fell into the hands of various man-made ideologies, dominated in the main by materialism.

There have always been cynics who claim that humanity has to chose between the adoption of wither a God-given system which negates all material achievement of a human being, or a system based entirely on a human being's own intellectual abilities and accomplishments which has no room from Divine intervention whatsoever.

This is a most vile and cynical view, the choice is never as stark or as cruel as that. The Divine order (Minhāj or Shar'īh) is not antagonistic or human innovation and achievement. It is, in fact, the progenitor and patron of the very spirit of the creativity which is the driving force behind a human being's fulfilment of his role as Allāh's representative on earth. Allāh has endowed a human being with all the necessary faculties, talents and skills to carry out that most noble role, and He has harnessed for his benefit all the natural laws and forces that can help him in fulfilling that task. Allāh has ensured a certain harmony and co-ordination between a human being and his environment that can enhance a man's performance and creatively and raise that quality of his life. A person's own achievement, material or otherwise, thus becomes itself an expression of gratitude to Allāh, and a spur to further constructive activity.

The argument that a God-given way of life and a human being's ability to advance and improve are mutually exclusive, stems from evil motives and bad death. It can only add to a person's confusion, bewilderments and misery.

However, the argument is sometimes advanced in response to people's fascination with the astonishing achievements made by human beings especially in the fields of science and material progress, rather than a consequence of ignorance or bad faith. Bring so much in awe of human achievement, some are easily tempted to separate natural forces and religious values, claiming that they are mutually exclusive and operate in totally separate spears. This basically flawed argument leads to the distorted concept that material progress can be achieved without the need for religious values, and that the consequences of the interactions of natural laws are inevitable regardless of whether people believe in Allāh or not, and whether they have adopted the imperative of a God-given system or a man-made one.

This is what we may call the 'Grand Illusion.' Religious values and natural laws are, in fact, inseparable. They intact all the time and coalesce at several points, and they are both ultimately controlled by the Power of Allāh. There is, therefore no justification for separating these two sets of forces in a person's consciousness. This is the rational and intelligent understanding that the Qur'ān tries to instil in a person's mind when it says:

'Had the people of the Book believed and been God-Fearing, We would have pardoned them and admitted them to gardens of bliss. Had they truly observed the Torah and the Injīl and what we revealed to them from their Lord, they would have enjoyed abundance from above and from beneath them (5:66)'

'I (Nūh) said, 'Seek forgiveness of your Lord; He is ever ready to forgive He will send abundant water from the sky for you and bestow upon you wealth and offspring. He will provide you with gardens and flowing rivers (13:11).'

'Allāh does not charge and people's lot unless they change what is in their hearts (13:11).'

To believe in Allāh, and to worship Him with full sincerity, and to implement His prescribed order in society, are all manifestations of submission to Allāh's universal order. The laws that we observed and experience every day.

It is true that at times we are confused by certain paradoxes we observe in nature as well as in society. Sometimes it seems that discarding religious values and relying solely on materialistic laws leads to success. But this is a very short sighted view, because the outcome in the long term is quire the opposite. This is true even in the case of the Muslims civilization. It grew and prospered when religious values and materialistic principles were bought together, while it decline began exactly at the moment when they began to diverge. Muslim civilisation has yet to recover from that catastrophic reversal in its history.

In contrast, we have today's materialistic civilisation which is like an albatross flying with only wing. The huge advances it registers on the material scale are undermined by its reverses on the humanitarian, psychological and spiritual one.

Allāh's Sharī'ah forms only part of His overall universal order, and the implementation of the Divine law in society acts as a catalyst in bringing harmony and balance into a person's relationship with the world around. But the Sharī'ah must be built on faith in Allāh. It is designed for application within an Islāmic society; to whose building and progress it in turn contributes.

Islāmic law is complementary to Islām's overall view of the human being, nature and the world. This view is based on a comprehensive and integrated concept that unites such elements as fear of Allāh, conscientiousness, purity of feeling, broadness of concern, high moral standards and upright behaviour. Within such a view, compatibility is easily achieved between the so-called 'natural laws' and 'human values,' which are perceived as different aspects of a single universal law.

A human being is seen as an active force in this structure. His will and his actions, his faith and his well-being, his submission to Allāh and his contribution are all forces that exercise a positive influence on life and the world. They also are influenced and controlled by the principles and precepts of Allāh's universal scheme. These forces produce results and multiply when they act in harmony, but they can result in suffering, corruption and stifle when they do not: 'Allāh will not withdraw a grace He has bestowed on people unless they change what is in their hearts (8:53).'

The link between a human being's actions and his feelings on the one hand, and Allāh's universal order on the other, is real and constant. No one would wish for this relationship to be broken or undermined, unless they wish ill for a person and his future.

These are but a few general observations that living 'in the shade of the Qur'ān' has inspired within me. I humbly pray to Allāh they may be of benefit to you.

Ats Tsaqofah - The pioneers in Al-Qaeda have identified several problems that have befallen upon the Ummah today. Due to these problems the condition of the Ummah have become so critical and almost helpless, some of the problems are:

• The current condition of the Islamic Ummah is not in accordance with the Qur'an dan As-Sunnah. The lifestyles are so distant and even contrary to the Islam shariah.

• The governance of the countries with Muslim population are not as per the law of Allah but the secular kuffar law that have been adopted by the puppet kafir for a long time.

• The wealth of the Islamic nations are plundered by the enemies of Islam and the munafiqin.

• The presence of a carefully engineered plot to make the Islamic Ummah weak and fall behind in terms of education, technology, culture, affluence and the entire aspects of life.

• The various Islamic parties, organizations, and jama'ah (groups) that have failed to make any changes.

• The arrogance of the enemies is getting too much and their greed has also worsen.

After identifying the problems, it has been concluded that those who have been the masterminds and the culprits behind these troubles facing the Ummah which are causing their downfall all along are No other than the Jews and the Anglo Saxon Protestant Christians (WASP-White Anglo Saxon Protestant). They have come up with this conclusion after doing in-depth investigations on this subject matter by utilizing the point of view of both the chronological aspect of history and the verses from the Quran.

In order to counter the hegemony of the alliance between the Jews and WASP the use of military power is needed and this power should have its own body according to them.

Thus a new organization was established and it was named Al-Jabhah Al-Islamiyyah li Muharobati Al-Yahudi wal Amirikan (International Islamic Opposition Front To Fight The Jews And America).

The main focus of this organization is to collect information from notable figures and organizations that are in line with their visions and missions. Then they established further relations with them and worked together in building military training camps. Youths from all corners of the world started to throng to Afghanistan.

Initially the intention of the training at that time was to settle and go for jihad in Afghanistan only, however after completing the training those Mujahideen spread to all corners of the world to carry out the mission of the organization.

It was from these headquarter that the name "Qoidatul Jihad Al-Mubarak" appeared.

The goal of Al-Qaeda through its strategy is very clear that is to return to true Islam by the creation of Daulah Islammiyah and Khilafah Islamiyyah through Jihad. Due to this the senior think-tanks in Al-Qaeda studied the various movements that were existence in the last two centuries. Starting from Syeikh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab in Nejd and Hijaz, Sanusiyah in Libya, Mahdiyyah in Sudan up to the modern Islamic jihad battling the Western Imperialists. Not only that, the various harokah like Ikhwanul Muslimin, Hizbut Tahrir, Jama'ah Islamiyyah in India and Pakistan, Jamaluddin Afghani together with his student Muhammad Abduh were also studied by them. The analysis was not only done theoretically but was also formulated to be applied directly and their failure and success, weakness and strength were compared. This is in line with the background of Al-Qaeda which consisted of various races, tribes, countries, harokah, and jama'ah. And this has become its biggest asset.

By studying and analyzing the variety of movements mentioned above, Al-Qaeda has recorded several factors for the reason of failures that have been suffered.

There are four reasons of failure:

• Each movement has a different perception in the identification of problems. This causes the mobilization of their capabilities not very optimal in order to reach the goals.

• Some movements do not have a detailed plan and goal, with no clear objectives, means and methods.

• Some movements still do not have enough courage to lead forward so as to replace the kafir rules (secular-imperialist-communist-socialist-DEMOCRACY).

• Some movements are still incapable of optimizing the available natural and human resources.

These four factors produce the following associated points:

• Mujahideen protecting the Muslim lands, holy places, and Islamic Ummah are valid leaders according to shariah.

• The leaders of countries (who do not want to rule according to shariah) are the depredators of power who collaborated with the kafir forces.

• The Islamic world today is contrary to the Islamic shariah. This is due to their absolute reliance on the man-made law and completely turning away from Allah's law (shariah) and also because of their abandoning of jihad. This is the reason Allah sends His punishment (adzab).

• A detailed plan, clear objectives and means, as well as continuous monitoring of the condition of the Ummah both locally and globally is a Must Have/Must Do.

• A cultured human transformation should begin with the transformation of thoughts and morale.

• Jihad will always grow fertile and expand if the basis of the movements are organized and systematic.

As a result of the overall points mentioned above, Al-Qaeda has come up with a comprehensive strategy that are planned in stages and are made up of a few phases. Below are the 7 phases that lead to success and victory of the Ummah and end up with the creation of Daulah Islamiyyah so that the Khilafah can be established, insya Allah [essential for the supporters of Khilafah Islamiyyah or Ashabu Raayati Suud- the Black Banner groups] :

1. The Phase of Awareness : This phase began in the early 2000 and ended in 2003. The purpose is to force America and its allies la'natullah 'alaihim to come out from its cage so that they are within reach of the Mujahideen or in other words, easier to strike.

2. The Phase of Eye-Opening : This phase was planned to be executed in 2003 until 2006. Its purpose was to make the Ummah realize about its sad condition and to uncover and expose the evil committed by the kafirs run by America and its allies.

3. The Phase of Awakening and Rising : This phase was planned for the year 2007-2010. Its objective is to increase the number of personnel who are ready to take the plunge into the different jihad arenas around the world.

4. The Phase of Restoring The Condition : This phase aims to overthrow the rulers of all the corrupt regimes who are clutching onto the Islamic nations with an iron fist. This phase is planned for execution around the year 2010-2013.

5. The Phase of Proclaiming The Nation : This phase focused on the establishment of the Daulah Islammiyah through unifying the various jihad organizations around the globe with Al-Qaeda which are planned for the year 2013-2016.

6. The Phase of Total Confrontation : The all out battle between two camps. The camp of the Believers (Mukminin) and the camp of the disbelievers and falsehood (Kafirin wa Bathilin). Battle between Haq (Truth) and Bathil (falsehood). War from all angles and will spread to all corners. Expected to take place in the year 2016.

7. The Phase of Complete Victory [insya Allah] : This will commence at The Phase of Total Confrontation which the think tanks of Al-Qaeda aim to take place for as brief as 3 years or 9 years i.e. from 2016 to 2019 or 2025.

May Allah protect and bless the Mujahideen and the muwahiddeen ullama who never stop to declare jihad and attempt to establish the Islamic khilafah, to expose all the bogus and evil system from communism to democracy.
